UK - FREE SHIPPING (no minimum). Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48 hr’

EUROPE - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £70. Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’.

USA + INTERNATIONAL - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £70. Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ service - 7 - 10 working days.

925 Sterling Silver orders will be made and dispatched within 2 weeks as these are custom hand cast and polished.

RETURNS

I hope you love your FEYT pieces but if for some reason you are not completely happy with them then please get in contact explaining the issue within 14 days of receiving it.

I will provide you with a shipping label to send it back to the studio and you will receive a full refund or exchange if applicable.

In order to accept a return, the piece must be unworn and in the condition it was received, with the original jewellery box and velvet pouch.

Please package your order carefully to ensure protection in transit.

SUSTAINABILITY

All pieces are made to order, therefore producing minimal waste.

All silver pieces are made from recycled 925 sterling silver. The gold is a vermeil plating of 9ct, 5 microns. If you want this to be thicker or a deeper orange tone then please get in contact to request your choice or talk about options.

The waist chains are made of 18k gold plated stainless steel, meaning that they are incredibly durable and have a lovely bright golden colour. We do suggest that you do not wear them in water, or spray chemicals directly on them. Stainless steel is one of the widest recycled metals making them even better for the planet. The packaging is also eco, with recycled tissue paper and velvet filled jewellery boxes. This means they will look chic on any display and protect your jewellery, whilst being easy to recycle in the future.
